Accidental Clock Out

Scenario:

Salesmen have accidentally clocked out from SFA.

 

What needs to be done?

The system is designed to prevent users from entering further data once a clock-out is executed; hence in this situation, there is nothing much that can be done from the salesmen's side. Please contact the System Administrator to reverse the clock-out.
