Enhancements

  1. New “Cycle-4” Calendar Model

    • Added a Cycle-4 calendar model, which limits the monthly week number to a maximum of four weeks, providing more options for scheduling.

  2. Approve and Reject Buttons for Outlet Maintenance

    • Introduced Approve and Reject buttons in the Outlet Maintenance page to streamline and simplify the process of managing new outlet requests.

  3. Updated Permissions for Van Adhoc Requests

    • Adjusted Approve/Reject permissions for the following roles:

      • Warehouse Manager: Read-only access.

      • Warehouse Assistant: Permissions for Read, Create, and Update.

      • Admin: Permissions for Read, Create, and Update.

  4. Create Transfer In/Out Button Placement

    • Relocated the Create Transfer In/Out button to the bottom of the page to prevent obstruction of input tables, improving overall user experience.

  5. Sync Conflict Prevention for Deals

    • Prevented deals from syncing when a sync process for the same sites is already in progress, eliminating conflicts and redundant operations.

 


 

Bug Fixes

 

  1. WITH ORDER Column in New Outlet Request Table

    • Resolved an issue where the WITH ORDER column displayed incomplete or inaccurate data, ensuring accurate representation.

  2. Outlet Audit Tracker Page

    • Fixed inconsistencies that caused the Outlet Audit Tracker page to display blank, ensuring proper rendering of data and improved usability.

  3. Insufficient Stock Check Against Negative Inventory

    • Enhanced the Insufficient Stock Check logic to account for inventory conditions where stock levels fall into the negative zone, improving accuracy and reliability.

  4. Visit Plan Template Fixes

    • Added a reminder note prompting users to adhere to the correct date format (YYYY-MM-DD) when adding entries to the upload template, ensuring smoother uploads.

    • Included previously missing monthly_frequency and weekly_frequency fields in the template, addressing functionality gaps.
