REMINDERS for using OFFLINE MODE :

1. Salesmen are not recommended to put the application in extended offline mode (i.e. all day). To minimize total data loss, salesmen are advised to sync data (switch off the offline mode) as soon as there is a strong internet / data connection or every 4 hours.
2. Admins must inform all salesmen who are on offline mode to sync their data BEFORE performing warehouse closing.
3. All salesmen are required to logout AFTER warehouse closing

(a) Overnight / outstation salesmen (not expected to clock-out) are still required to logout daily after warehouse closing.

(b) Other / normal salesmen are automatically logged out after clocked out.

        4. All salesmen are required to login AFTER warehouse closing

(a) Overnight / outstation salesmen are to login and ensure their sales data are still intact.

(b) Other / normal salesmen are recommended to login only if warehouse is ready for next day opening.

Enhancements :

1. Include cent rounding / adjustment in Closing Summary printout Transaction listing.
2. Cash Last / Total / Total Outstanding on Invoices and Receipts printout.
3. Outlet check-in with location.
